Everything was beyond PERFECT! I spent my

Anniversary there for one night, and it was nice. The room had a double shower, fragrant products, and immaculate cleanliness. Alberto was nice, although I wished for more options in the minibar.

This was a sophisticated hip new hotel in a magnificent and wonderful location. The rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and romantic with baths. The venue took care of the first-class service. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. It was really really nice time in Florence.

This place is a gem! The unique decor really adds character, and the warm vibe. I loved the complimentary cakes and snacks throughout the day. Plus, the location was perfect-a peaceful retreat not far from all the action.

As I stepped into the room, vibrant artwork greeted me, transforming the space into an inviting haven. Each morning, breakfast was a good affair.

A amazing experience overall, but the many flights of stairs might catch those unprepared.

The room was beautifully designed, with a freestanding bathtub and modern amenities such as a coffee maker and mini fridge. Every morning, I enjoyed a generous breakfast with freshly baked pastries and a variety of local cheeses. The hotel staff was also very accommodating, assisting with local dining recommendations .

The bed was a bit firm for my preference.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, loved the friendly and helpful service from the staff who made our stay lovely, along with a fine room equipped with air conditioning that provided perfect comfort after exploring nearby sights within walking distance.

My group enjoyed a good two-night stay. The on-site restaurant offered a really good breakfast that started our mornings right. Although the beds felt quite firm, the overall ambience and service made up for it. Don't miss out on the local wines during dinner!

The staff are absolutely friendly. the hotel has an excellent and incredible location, steps away from a 15th-century Dominican church. It is next to all main attractions, the main sights, and the train station. Walking distance from the sea, restaurants, and the wall. Make sure you stay in the double room with baths.
